A puja booking should not feel like sending money into a black box. After checkout, AgniSetu keeps the flow structured so the devotee, the operations team, and the ritual team are all working from the same details.
Booking confirmation
You receive an email confirmation with the selected puja, price, contact details, and any birth or intention details you provided. The same order is recorded for AgniSetu operations so the ritual can be scheduled and tracked.
Ritual review
The team reviews the puja, birth details, issue description, astrologer recommendation link if supplied, and any special instructions. If something material is missing, AgniSetu contacts you before the ritual is scheduled.
Sankalpam preparation
The sankalpam is the ritual dedication. It uses the devotee name, family context when relevant, location, birth details when supplied, and the specific intention for the puja. This is why accurate intake details matter.
Completion report
After the ritual is completed, the customer receives a completion update with the puja performed, timing, and next-step guidance. Higher-touch or custom arrangements can include more detailed documentation based on the booking.
The goal is simple: no vague handoff, no missing context, and no confusion about what was requested.
